Introduction and Application Scenarios of Solar Street Light Installation
(1) Application Scenarios
According to the differences in power, luminous flux and installation parameters of each model, the MZ Series can be flexibly adapted to a variety of outdoor scenarios:
Low-Power Models (MZ-40/MZ-50): Suitable for scenarios with low lighting demand and narrow width, such as community internal roads, rural paths and park trails. With low installation height, they can accurately cover the trail area.
Medium-Power Models (MZ-60/MZ-70/MZ-80): Applicable to town main roads, industrial park roads, campus roads, etc. They have a wide lighting range and can meet the lighting needs of medium traffic flow and pedestrian flow.
High-Power Models (MZ-100/MZ-120): Targeted at wide roads such as urban secondary trunk roads, suburban main roads and large factory peripheral roads. The high-brightness and large installation spacing design can reduce the density of lamp poles and save the overall construction cost.
(2) Installation Points
Lamp Pole Adaptation: Select a matching lamp pole according to the lamp pole caliber (60mm/76mm/90mm) corresponding to the selected model to ensure stable installation and avoid loosening due to mismatched calibers.
Installation Location: The solar panel should face the south (in the Northern Hemisphere) without obstacles such as trees and buildings to ensure sufficient sunlight time and improve charging efficiency. The installation spacing of street lights should strictly follow the recommended value of each model to avoid lighting overlap or blind areas.
Commissioning and Maintenance: After installation, debug the controller parameters to ensure the normal operation of light control, dimming and other functions. In daily use, it is recommended to regularly clean the dust on the surface of the solar panel to ensure photoelectric conversion efficiency and extend the service life of components.
